Cheesy Ham and Noodle Casserole

Cheesy Ham and Noodle Casserole is a creamy, comforting dish loaded with tender noodles, smoky ham, and plenty of melted cheese.

Ingredients 

  • 12 oz large egg noodles
  • 16 oz cooked ham, diced
  • cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Add egg noodles to a large pot of boiling water cook according to package directions, drain and set to the side.
  • To a large bowl add milk, sour cream, cream of mushroom, and seasonings whisk to combine the ingredients. Now add in the diced ham, 1 cup of the cheese, and cooked drained noodles. Stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray pour the casserole in the baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 8-10 minuets. Enjoy!
