Cheesy Taco Roll-Ups

Taco meat, melty cheese, and soft pizza dough rolled up and baked—these bites are perfect for dinner, lunchboxes, or game day snacks.

Ingredients 

  • 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbs taco seasoning
  • 3 tbs water
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 cheddar cheese sticks

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a large pan heated to medium heat add the ground beef and cook it through. Once cooked drain the grease and add the taco seasoning, water, salsa, and sour cream in the pan stir everything to combine and remove from the heat.
  • Unroll the pizza dough and cut into four sections place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. On the center of each of the sections of dough add one cheese stick then a couple scoops of the meat.
  • Fold over and pinch the seams together.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • I like to eat mine with my favorite taco toppings!
