
Chicken and Yellow Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 9 oz bag yellow rice
- 1 ⅓ cup water
- 2 -10 oz cans cream of mushroom soup, or any cream of soup
- 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips, or boneless thighs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- To a large bowl add in the rice, water, and cream of mushroom soup stir well to combine the ingredients.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray add the rice mixture in and spread it out Place the chicken on the top and sprinkle on the seasonings.
- Cover tight with foil bake for 75 minutes or until the rice is tender.
