Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast, , cubed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 10 oz bag broccoli and cheese sauce , (I used the green giant brand)
  • 16 oz can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • To a skillet on the stove over medium heat add the oil once it’s hot add the chicken and seasonings stir to coat the chicken in the seasonings and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes (the chicken doesn’t need to be cooked through at this point) now add in the bag of broccoli and cheese turn the heat to low and let cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  • To a cutting board add the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 6 smaller pieces. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray then scatter the biscuits in the dish pour the chicken with broccoli and cheese all over the top of the biscuits and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Enjoy!
