Chicken Pesto Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cook chopped chicken (I like to use the Tyson brand blackened chicken breast strips and cook them)

  • 4 burrito size tortillas

  • 1 sliced Roma tomato

  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or slices of cheese)

  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp basil pesto

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

  • Make the pesto sauce first, to a small bowl add in the cream cheese, pesto, and mayonnaise stir well until it combines, spread this all over the tortillas now fill the tortillas with the remaining ingredients, roll up and enjoy!
