Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Mix Cookies

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Mix Cookies are rich, chewy cookies with the classic chocolate–peanut butter combo, made extra easy thanks to a boxed cake mix.

Ingredients 

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box devil's food chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup Reese peanut butter chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • To a medium sized mixing bowl add the eggs, oil, and cake mix stir well. Now stir in the Reeses chips.
  • Like a cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick spray scoop about 2 tbs of the cookie dough on the sheet pan making around 24 cookies. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool down for 3 minutes and enjoy!

    Unfortunately, 5-6 minutes is nowhere near enough time. I took mine out at 7 and they were a goopy mess-a whole tray barely edible. I’d say it’s more like 9 minutes.
