Chocolate Peanut Butter Crispy Bars

These chocolate peanut butter crispy bars are no-bake, sweet, and irresistibly crunchy—a classic treat made even better.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups rice crispy cereal

Instructions 

  • To a medium sized bowl add in the chocolate chips, coconut oil, maple syrup and peanut butter, microwave this for 30 seconds at a time stirring after every time until this chocolate mixture has completely melted. Add the rice cereal into a large bowl then pour the chocolate mixture in, stir well to coat the cereal. Line a 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil then add the mixture in and press it down. Place this in the refrigerator to harden for 1 hour then slice into bars and enjoy!
