Cinnamon Roll French Toast Breakfast Casserole

An easy make ahead French toast breakfast casserole made with cinnamon rolls! It's easy to make and a sweet addition perfect for a weekend breakfast or family gathering.

Ingredients 

  • 2 packs refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 6 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut each cinnamon roll piece into 4 smaller pieces
  • To a medium sized bowl add in the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon whisk well to break the yolks.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray.
  • Add the cinnamon roll pieces into the baking dish, pour the egg mixture over the top. Stir to ensure all of the cinnamon roll pieces are coated. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Poor the frosting that the cinnamon rolls came with over the top
