Cinnamon Twists

Golden, buttery twists coated in cinnamon sugar—easy to make and perfect for brunch, dessert, or snacking.

Ingredients 

  • 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 tbs melted butter

Cinnamon Mixture

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbs milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • Unroll the pizza dough and cut into four even pieces, brush all of the pieces of dough with 2 tbs of the melted butter.
  • Combine the cinnamon mixture together (save 2 tbs of the mixture for the end) sprinkle on two of the pieces of dough place the other pieces of dough on top and pinch the edges together. Cut each square into 6 strips, twist each strip a few times, brush with the remaining 1 tbs melted butter and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cinnamon twists on a sheet pan and bake for 10-13 minutes.
  • While in the oven in a bowl whisk the glaze ingredients together until smooth.
  • Once out of the oven drizzle the glaze on top and enjoy.
