Ingredients

  • 5 cups spinach & spring mix

  • 6 baby carrots chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced

  • 1 avocado diced

  • 4 green onions sliced

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberry & honey roasted almond salad topper mix

Directions

  • Clean your lettuce and chop your vegetables. Add the lettuce into a large salad bowl, pour the vegetables on top, sprinkle with feta cheese and dried cranberry mix, drizzle with your favorite dressing I like to use Italian or parmesan ranch!
