5 cups spinach & spring mix
6 baby carrots chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
1 avocado diced
4 green onions sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberry & honey roasted almond salad topper mix
Directions
- Clean your lettuce and chop your vegetables. Add the lettuce into a large salad bowl, pour the vegetables on top, sprinkle with feta cheese and dried cranberry mix, drizzle with your favorite dressing I like to use Italian or parmesan ranch!
