  • Liquid: Using chicken broth provides even more added flavor
  • Cheese: You will need to have cream cheese and Colby jack cheese
  • Seasoning: Use ranch seasoning from the package
  • Optional serving: Egg noodles, rice or hamburger bun

Add chicken, broth, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning to the slow cooker.

  • 1 lb chicken breast 
  • ¼ cup chicken broth 
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup Colby jack cheese
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • Optional (See step 4): Egg noodles, rice, or hamburger bun.

Instructions 

  • In the slow cooker, add in chicken, broth, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is completely cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Mix in the Colby jack cheese and top with crumbled bacon.
  • Serve over egg noodles, rice, or a hamburger bun.
