Creamy Ham & Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 28 oz 28 bag potatoes o’brien

  • 8 oz 8 cubed ham

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 sour cream

  • 10 oz 10 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup 1 colby jack cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 tomato salsa

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • To a large bowl add in the potatoes o’brien, ham, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1/2 of the cheese, and salsa stir well.
  • Spray a large casserole dish or 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray add the casserole in and spread it out. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden on the top and edges. Enjoy!
