Crockpot Turkey Black Bean Chili

Hearty and flavorful, this crockpot turkey black bean chili simmers all day for an easy, protein-packed meal with a spicy kick.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground turkey, cooked
  • 2 cans petite diced tomatoes
  • 4 15 oz cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbs garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 12 oz frozen corn
  • 5 tbs taco seasoning

Instructions 

Freezer meal prep

  • Label 2 gallon freezer bags with date, name of meal and cooking instructions.
  • In each of the bags add, half of the ground turkey, diced tomatoes, black beans, garlic, tomato sauce, frozen corn, and taco seasoning.

In the Slow Cooker

  • Cook thawed or fresh on low for 6 – 8 hours. Stir and enjoy.
