Cuban Pork Slow Cooker

Tender, juicy pork slow-cooked with bold citrus and garlic—this Cuban Pork is packed with flavor and perfect for tacos, bowls, or sandwiches.

Ingredients 

  • 3 lb pork butt or shoulder
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup juice from one orange
  • 3 tbs lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 tbs minced garlic
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5-6 hours
  • Once the pork is cooked remove it to a separate plate and shred, place back into the slow cooker and stir everything together. Serve the meat with black beans and white rice. Drizzle the sauce the pork was cooking in all over everything for more flavor!
