Dorito Pies

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 4 oz can green chilis
  • ½ bag nacho cheese Doritos
  • cup colby jack cheese
  • 1 diced roma tomato

Instructions 

  • To a pan add the ground beef and cook through once cooked add the beans and green chilis, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • To assemble on a plate add a layer of the Doritos then a couple scoops of the beef and bean mixture top with sprinkles of cheese and diced tomatoes. Enjoy.
