1/2 lb 1/2 ground turkey OR ground beef
12 oz 12 bag frozen mixed vegetables
10.5 oz 10.5 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pouch 1 dry instant mashed potatoes
1 tsp 1 salt
1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper
1 tsp 1 onion powder
1 tsp 1 garlic powder
1 tsp 1 paprika
1 tsp 1 dried Italian seasoning
4 oz 4 cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
To a large skillet on the stove add the ground turkey and break it up and cook it through. Once cooked stir in the bag of frozen mixed vegetables cook together for 3 to 5 minutes now add in the can of cream of mushroom soup and seasonings stir well. Prepare the bag of mashed potatoes according to the package instructions. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray then add the turkey mixture and then top with the mashed potatoes. Spread it out as even as possible. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
