Easy Tater Tot Casserole

Easy Tater Tot Casserole is the ultimate comfort food, with layers of savory ground beef, mixed vegetables, and golden, crispy tater tots baked under a blanket of melty cheese. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 14 oz can green beans
  • 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ lbs frozen tater tots

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • To a large skillet over medium heat add the ground beef and diced onion break the ground beef up and cook it through. Once cooked remove any grease in the pan. Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Turn the heat off and stir in the drained green beans and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray add the ground beef mixture to the bottom spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Place the tater tots over the cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
