Everything Bagel Bites

Fluffy mini bites are coated in everything bagel seasoning and baked until golden. Perfect for snacking, breakfast, or serving with cream cheese.

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent dough
  • 13 oz turkey Kielbasa
  • ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Divide the crescent dough into two pieces. Press the seems together.
  • Cut the kielbasa in half place one half of the kielbasa on each piece of dough.
  • Roll the dough up tightly around the kielbasa. Press the everything bagel seasoning into the crescent dough.
  • Cut the Kielbasa rolls into about 10 equal sliced. Place on sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or your favorite mustard!

    Super Easy and a huge hit! I added an egg-wash prior to cutting than cooking that worked really well and served with choice of stone ground mustard, Jalapeño-whiskey ground mustard and/or Datil Pepper sauce (thick) for dipping. There were no left overs.

    I made these a couple of weekends ago and they were pretty good! Easy to make, I would recommend making them like Julia does in the video and lightly pressing them into the everything bagel seasoning. I made sure these babies were COVERED in the seasoning, pressing it in hard, and it was almost too much!!

    My husband commented that he would rather have traditional pigs in a blanket next time, but I liked how dippable these are. If you have kids, they might like that! They’re large discs you can easily dip in sauce.
