Garlic Knots

Soft, golden, and dripping with buttery garlic—these Garlic Knots are the ultimate sidekick for pizza night or pasta dinners.

Ingredients 

  • 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough

Garlic Butter

  • 4 tbs melted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • Unroll the pizza dough on a sheet pan and stretch it out a little bit. Cut the dough into 12 – 6 inch strips.
  • Tie each strip in a knot and fold the ends in. Bake on your sheet pan for 5 minutes.
  • Combine the garlic butter mixture in a small bowl.
  • Once out of the oven brush the garlic butter mixture over the top and bake for and additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
