Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 can cream of cheddar soup

  • 3 cups cubed potatoes, frozen

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 can cream of mushroom

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

  • While oven is preheating to 350ā„‰, In a pan cook the ground beef. Once cooked season with a dash of salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder and thyme and 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce.
  • In a large bowl, add the cooked meat, both cans of soup and the potatoes and 1/4 cup of cheese.
  • Put in a greased 9×9 baking dish and top with 3/4 cup more cheese.
  • Bake covered at 350ā„‰ for 30 minutes, uncover and bake additional 20 minutes.

    What can I substitute for the cream of mushroom soup? We hate anything to do with mushrooms.

      Cream of celery or even cream of chicken would work, Iā€™m thinking of substituting chicken for the this one. The Nacho cheese soup would be good in this one too, you want to spice it up!
