How to Make Hot Honey Sheet Pan Chicken

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2: Add the cubed chicken, diced sweet potatoes, and sliced red onion to the prepared sheet pan.

Step 3: Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated and spread into an even layer.

Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, melted butter or olive oil, lemon juice, and chili flakes if using.

Step 5: Pour half of the hot honey sauce over the chicken and vegetables and toss gently to coat.

Step 6: Bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through if desired, until the chicken is cooked through and the sweet potatoes are tender.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining hot honey sauce over the top before serving.
