Low Carb Mozzarella Stuffed Sausage

This low carb mozzarella stuffed sausage is cheesy, flavorful, and keto-friendly—perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb Italian sausage links
  • 5-6 mozzarella cheese sticks, , unwrapped 
  • 1 cup pasta sauce

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Spray a 8×8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Pour half of the pasta sauce into the baking dish and set to the side. Slice each sausage link lengthwise down the middle place one cheese stick in the center of each sausage link then place all of them into the baking dish pour the remaining sauce around the sausage links in the pan.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through. Enjoy!
