Low Carb Salsa Turkey Skillet

This low carb salsa turkey skillet is fast, flavorful, and packed with lean protein and Tex-Mex flair. The perfect easy dinner for busy weeknights.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2-10 oz frozen bags diced cauliflower rice

Instructions 

  • To a large skillet on the stove over medium heat add in the ground turkey and taco seasoning, break the turkey up and cook it through once it’s cooked through add in the salsa and cauliflower rice. Break the cauliflower rice up and stir it well cover with a lid and let cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy.
