I love your recipes and just printed this one out to give it a try, but just noticed that there may be an *error* on the printed recipe. Based on the video where you make this casserole, you used one green bell pepper and one yellow onion, both diced. However, when I printed this recipe it lists “1 green bell pepper, diced” and “1 yellow bell pepper, diced.” I’m assuming that’s a misprint – ?

I made this one almost exactly the same.I hate pepperoni so none of that and used green Bell peppers and some dried cayenne pepper flakes. It was perfect.

This was another hit! I only used one sweet pepper, nixed the sausage, and just used pepperoni. It was so easy and soooo good!
