No-Bake Layered Turtle Dessert

No-Bake Layered Turtle Dessert combines chocolate, caramel, and pecans in creamy layers for a decadent sweet without turning on the oven.

Ingredients 

Crust:

  • 15 Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Filling:

  • 1 – 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 – 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • ¼ cup prepared caramel sauce

Toppings:

  • 8 oz cool whip
  • cup chopped pecans
  • Carmel sauce
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Turtles chocolate candies, chopped

Instructions 

  • Place Oreos into a food processor until they turn into crumbs. Take 1/2 cup of the Oreo crumbs out and set to the side. Place the rest of the crumbs into a 8×8 baking dish with the melted butter stir to coat the Oreos in the butter press the Oreo crust down on the baking dish to form a crust.
  • To an electric stand mixer whip the cream cheese until completely smooth. Add in the pudding and mix until smooth. Now add in the milk 1 tbs at a time until well combined and smooth you NEED to add the milk in very slowly or else the mixture will be clumpy in the end. Spread over the Oreo crust layer.
  • Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup of Oreo crumbs over the top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the Oreo layer, sprinkle chopped pecans over the caramel, spread the cool whip over the top of everything. Refrigerate for at lest 5 hours. Top with caramel sauce, chocolate turtle candies, and chocolate sauce enjpy!
