Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Crispy, cheesy, and oven-baked—this Parmesan crusted chicken delivers major flavor with a golden crust and juicy center.

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup Italian style panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 lb trimmed green beans
  • 1.5 lbs red potatoes, cubed small
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large chicken breasts

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • To a smaller bowl add in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and melted butter stir well, then set to the side.
  • Spray a large sheet pan with nonstick spray place the green beans on one side of the sheet pan, the potatoes on the other side of the sheet pan. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper stir to coat.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the center of the sheet pan, sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the Panko Parmesan mixture over the chicken breasts and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
