Personal Pizzas (Roll Dough Recipe)

Ingredients 

  • 4 Rhodes yeast dinner rolls, thawed
  • 5 tbs pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbs parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 pepperonis

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Spray countertop with non-stick spray place each dough ball one at a time on the countertop roll out to about 5- inch circles.
  • Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray. Place each dough circle on the sheet pan, spread about 1 tbs of pizza sauce on each circle, sprinkle with a little of the mozzarella cheese, add the pepperoni on the cheese, sprinkle with the parmesan, sprinkle with the Italian seasoning
  • Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
