
Rice Bean and Beef Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbs taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook 1 lb ground beef. Remove all excess grease.
- While the beef is cooking, heat up the can of refried beans.
- After the ground beef is cooked, add water and taco seasoning. Simmer for five minutes.
- Assemble burritos by adding a scoop of refried beans, ground beef, rice, cheese, and any other other favorites.
