Rice Bean and Beef Burritos

Hearty, filling, and freezer-friendly—these rice, bean and beef burritos are perfect for quick lunches or meal prep magic.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbs taco seasoning

Instructions 

  • In a skillet, cook 1 lb ground beef. Remove all excess grease.
  • While the beef is cooking, heat up the can of refried beans.
  • After the ground beef is cooked, add water and taco seasoning. Simmer for five minutes.
  • Assemble burritos by adding a scoop of refried beans, ground beef, rice, cheese, and any other other favorites.
