Sheet Pan Meatballs with Broccoli

Savory meatballs and roasted broccoli cooked together on one sheet pan for a wholesome, no-fuss dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 4 heads broccoli , cut into smaller
  • ½ white onion , diced
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a medium sized bowl add the sausage, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, and onion mix everything to combine.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper place the broccoli on the sheet pan. Roll the meatball mixture into uniform-sized balls about 1 1/2 inch diameter.
  • Bake for 18 minutes then flip the meatballs and pour 3 tbs of marinara sauce on each meatball then sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese bake for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
