Sheet Pan Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes baked all at once on a sheet pan—cut, serve, and skip the flipping! Perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • fresh berries

Instructions 

  • Set oven to 425℉ and spray a sheet pan.
  • Mix the eggs, milk and the Bisquick until well combined.
  • Add mix to the sheet pan and top with berries, I used 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden in color
  • Cut into desired portions and enjoy!
