Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bisquick

  • 2 cups milk

  • 4 eggs

  • fresh berries

Directions

  • Set oven to 425℉ and spray a sheet pan.
  • Mix the eggs, milk and the Bisquick until well combined.
  • Add mix to the sheet pan and top with berries, I used 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden in color
  • Cut into desired portions and enjoy!

  2. This turned out amazing! I topped mine with syrup and butter and it was so good. I put blueberries and strawberries on top and it was delicious. I might try making a savory version! Another great recipe from Julia Pacheco. 🙂
