Sheet Pan Turkey Kielbasa and Vegetables

Savory turkey kielbasa, tender veggies, and simple seasoning make this sheet pan meal a no-fuss weeknight winner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 sweet potato, diced
  • 1-2 apples, diced
  • 1 russet potato, diced
  • 8 oz turkey kielbasa
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • ½ tsp basil
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉
  • In a large bowl, add everything except for the turkey kielbasa and mix really well.
  • Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Add the sliced turkey kielbasa to the sheet pan and cook additional 20-25 minutes.
