This was absolutely delicious! One of the things that I love about your recipes is that they’re so full of flavor. You don’t hold back! My picky son even likes it. (He thinks it’s chicken.) I don’t cook pork very often, but this will definitely be one of my go-to recipes when I do cook it. It goes very well with mashed potatoes. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone that’s curious.
