Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki Ramen

Slow cooker beef teriyaki ramen is a cozy, savory noodle bowl packed with tender beef, veggies, and rich teriyaki flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 – 3oz bags instant ramen noodles
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • ½ cup water

Sauce:

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 ½ cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions 

  • To a skillet on the stove over medium heat add the ground beef in, break the ground beef up and cook it through. Once cooked remove any extra grease in the pan and add the cooked ground beef into a slow cooker.
  • Make the sauce: To a small bowl add all of the sauce ingredients in and whisk, add this sauce into the slow cooker.
  • Now add in the bell pepper, carrots, and onion stir everything. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 5 hours OR HIGH for 3 hours.
  • 30 minutes before serving add in the ramen noodles and DISCARD the seasonings packets that come with the ramen also add in the water cover with the lid and let cook for 30 minutes or until the ramen is cooked (stirring occasionally) we like to top with green onions sand sesame seeds

    The flavor was really good, but I highly recommend cooking your noodle separately on the stove and then serving the slow cooker meat mixture over top. Otherwise, you run a great risk of super soft noodles, bordering on mushy.

    Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki Ramen
    Nice recipe. I did it on the stove top, cooked the ramen separately and mixed it together. We all liked it. I used the low sodium soy sauce and it was still a little salty; maybe use low sodium beef broth too?
    I printed out this recipe and the crock sweet and sour chickend recipe (which was also really good!) and the 3rd page doesn’t print out right
