Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Slow cooker chicken fajitas are full of zesty flavor and perfectly tender—just toss in your ingredients and come back to sizzling goodness.

Ingredients 

  • 3 chicken breasts, , sliced into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, , sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper,, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fajita OR taco seasoning
  • Optional toppings: tortillas, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and more

Instructions 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Once cooked using a slotted spoon add the chicken and peppers into tortillas and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy.

    So good!!! You can use a bag of frozen peppers and onions if you’re in a pinch… I make this recipe almost every week!
