
Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, , sliced into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, , sliced
- 1 red bell pepper,, sliced
- 2 tbsp fajita OR taco seasoning
- Optional toppings: tortillas, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and more
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Once cooked using a slotted spoon add the chicken and peppers into tortillas and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy.
