Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, sliced into strips

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 tbsp fajita OR taco seasoning

  • Optional toppings: tortillas, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and more

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Once cooked using a slotted spoon add the chicken and peppers into tortillas and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy
