Slow Cooker Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches

Juicy beef, melty cheese, and tender peppers—these Slow Cooker Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches deliver all the flavor with none of the fuss.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb round steak , sirloin, or flat iron steak, sliced thin against the grain or thin sliced flank
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs steak seasoning
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 6 oz white mushrooms, sliced

Instructions 

  • In the slow cooker, add in the steak followed by all the remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 5 hours.
  • Add in the mushrooms and bell pepper, give a really good stir and continue to cook on low for additional 30 – 60 minutes until veggies are cooked to preference.
  • To a sheet pan, lay out sandwich buns and put a scoop of meat on it and top with a slice or two of provolone cheese. Place under broiler for about 1 to minutes or until your preferred crispiness and cheese is melted
  • Serve with a side of broth from the slow cooker!
