Taco Pizza

Taco night meets pizza night in this cheesy, flavor-packed mashup! With a crispy crust, seasoned beef, and all your favorite toppings, Taco Pizza is a fun twist the whole family will devour.

Ingredients 

  • 1 8 oz can crescent rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ medium tomato
  • 1 cup shredded mexican cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 can pinto beans , (drained)
  • 2 tbs taco seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • Spread out the crescent dough on a large baking sheet and pinch the perferated lines together to seal. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Add in the pinto beans, taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together until creamy, set aside.
  • Once the crescent sheet is done baking, remove from heat and set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Spread the mix from step 3 over the crescent rolls. Evenly spread the ground beef and beans, lettuce, tomatoes and any other toppings.
  • Cut into serving size pieces and enjoy! Optional: Refridgerate and serve cold later.
