
Taco Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can crescent rolls
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ medium tomato
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 can pinto beans , (drained)
- 2 tbs taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- Spread out the crescent dough on a large baking sheet and pinch the perferated lines together to seal. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Add in the pinto beans, taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together until creamy, set aside.
- Once the crescent sheet is done baking, remove from heat and set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the mix from step 3 over the crescent rolls. Evenly spread the ground beef and beans, lettuce, tomatoes and any other toppings.
- Cut into serving size pieces and enjoy! Optional: Refridgerate and serve cold later.
