Tostadas – 10 Minute Dinner

These 10-minute tostadas are quick, crispy, and endlessly customizable for a fun and fast weeknight meal.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground turkey, or ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • cup water
  • 6-8 tostadas
  • 16 oz can refried beans
  • Toppings: shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream and more

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • To a large pan on the stove over medium high heat, add the ground turkey break the turkey up and cook it through stir in the taco seasoning and water.
  • Lay the tostadas on a large sheet pan, then spread some of the refried beans on top be careful so the tostadas don’t break. Place the ground turkey mixture over the top and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Once out of the oven top with your toppings and enjoy.
