Turkey Pinwheels

These turkey pinwheels are quick, fun to eat, and totally customizable—perfect for lunches, snacks, or party trays.

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz cream cheese, , softened
  • ¼ cup cucumber, (very small diced)
  • ¼ cup red onion, (very small diced)
  • ¼ cup Colby jack cheese,, shredded
  • 1 ½ tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 4 large burrito sized tortillas
  • ½ lb sliced deli Turkey , (or ham)

Instructions 

  • To a small bowl add in the cream cheese, cucumber, red onion, cheese, and ranch seasoning, mix well with the back of a fork until well combined, spread this all over each tortilla then top the tortillas with slices of Turkey, roll them up then slice into pinwheels and enjoy!
