Tuscan Balsamic Chicken

Tuscan balsamic chicken is savory, tangy, and bursting with sun-dried tomato and herb flavors.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ lbs fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken tenderloins
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. To a large ziplock bag OR large bowl add all of the ingredients shake the bag well place everything onto the sheet pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
