Tuscan Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. To a large ziplock bag OR large bowl add all of the ingredients shake the bag well place everything onto the sheet pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
