
Walking Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbs taco seasoning
- ⅓ cup water
- Doritos chips , OR tortilla chips
Optional Toppings:
- Sliced tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced onion
- Sour cream
- Cheese
- Salsa
Instructions
- To a large skillet over medium heat add the ground beef break the beef up and cook it through. Once cooked remove any grease in the pan then add in the taco seasoning and water stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- To assemble top the Doritos chips with the taco meat and toppings. Enjoy!
