Baked Chicken Tenders

Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, these baked chicken tenders are a healthier take on a family favorite.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tbs mayonnaise
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a bowl add the chicken and the mayonnaise, stir to coat the chicken in the mayonnaise.
  • In a large ziplock bag add the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs shake to combine.
  • Grease a sheet pan with nonstick spray.
  • Place 2 chicken tenderloins in the ziplock bag with the breadcrumb mixture shake to coat.
  • Place the tenders on the sheet pan in a single layer, repeat with the rest of the tenders.
  • Bake for 8 minutes then flip the tenders and continue to bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
