Baked Scrambled Eggs

Perfectly fluffy eggs baked in the oven—great for feeding a crowd or meal prepping breakfast with ease.

Ingredients 

  • 12 eggs
  • 3 tbs whole milk
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Set oven to 375℉.
  • Whisk eggs, milk and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish and pour mix in.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, about every 6 minutes mix and fluff with spatula.
