BBQ Chicken Wraps

Ingredients 

Coleslaw Ingredients:

  • 4 tbs mayo
  • 1 tbs sour cream
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • ½ green cabbage, thinly sliced

Chicken Ingredients:

  • 2 medium breasts, sliced in half horizontally
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • cup bbq sauce
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • spinach

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, mix the first 6 coleslaw ingredients together, then add the in remainder of the ingredients and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In a pan, heat oil and add the chicken. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Cook thoroughly.
  • Brush bbq sauce on the cooked chicken.
  • In a flour tortilla, add chicken, coleslaw, spinach and any other favorite toppings and roll it up. Enjoy!
