
Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 16 oz cooked cubed ham, or cooked 12oz sausage and 1lb bacon instead of ham
- 28 oz bag frozen cubed hasbrowns with peppers and onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Set oven to 375℉ and grease 9×13 baking dish.
- To the baking dish, add and mix in hashbrowns, ham, and cheese.
- In a bowl, completely whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until eggs are set.
