Ingredients

  • 16oz cooked cubed ham

  • Optional: Cooked 12oz sausage and 1lb bacon instead of ham

  • 28oz Bag of frozen cubed hasbrowns with peppers and onion

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 12 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Set oven to 375℉ and grease 9×13 baking dish
  • To the baking dish, add and mix in hashbrowns, ham, and cheese.
  • In a bowl, completely whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes until eggs are set.
