Breakfast Casserole

Eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast fixings baked into one easy dish—this Breakfast Casserole is perfect for feeding a crowd or meal prepping like a pro.

Ingredients 

  • 16 oz cooked cubed ham, or cooked 12oz sausage and 1lb bacon instead of ham
  • 28 oz bag frozen cubed hasbrowns with peppers and onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Set oven to 375℉ and grease 9×13 baking dish.
  • To the baking dish, add and mix in hashbrowns, ham, and cheese.
  • In a bowl, completely whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes until eggs are set.
