Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup uncooked white rice

  • 3/4 cup salsa

  • 1 3/4 cup water

  • 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 onion, diced

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • To a slow cooker add in all of the ingredients and stir well. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
