Burrito Bowl

This burrito bowl is packed with seasoned meat, beans, rice, and toppings for a customizable, better-than-takeout meal.

Ingredients 

  • ¾ cup uncooked white rice
  • ¾ cup salsa
  • 1 ¾ cup water
  • 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • To a slow cooker add in all of the ingredients and stir well. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
