
Burrito Bowl
Ingredients
- ¾ cup uncooked white rice
- ¾ cup salsa
- 1 ¾ cup water
- 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- To a slow cooker add in all of the ingredients and stir well. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
