Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Muffins

These cake mix chocolate chip muffins are soft, fluffy, and loaded with chocolate chips—breakfast or snack, they’re always a hit.

Ingredients 

  • 15 oz box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup softened butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ⅓ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. To a large bowl add in the cake mix, milk, butter, and eggs mix well.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray and fill the pan. This makes about 16 regular sized muffins.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the center has set.
