Caprese Salad

Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic—Caprese Salad is a simple, no-cook classic that never disappoints.

Ingredients 

  • ¾ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella pearls
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can store this in your fridge but keep in mind the basil leaves will brown. I recommend not adding the basil leaves in until right before you are ready to eat!
