3/4 cups cherry tomatoes – halved
1 1/2 cups mozzarella pearls
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
- Add all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy!
- You can store this in your fridge but keep in mind the basil leaves will brown. I recommend not adding the basil leaves in until right before you are ready to eat!
