Cheesy Chicken Casserole

This cheesy chicken casserole is the ultimate in comfort food—tender chunks of chicken baked in a rich, creamy sauce and topped with plenty of melted cheese. It’s hearty, satisfying, and perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients 

  • 1 can drained corn
  • 1 can drained and rinsed black beans
  • 8 oz cubed Velveeta
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbs taco seasoning

Instructions 

  • Pre heat oven to 375℉.
  • Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally, lay into casserole dish.
  • Pour the remaining ingredients evenly over the top of the chicken.
  • Bake covered for 50 – 55 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Can remove foil last 5 minutes for a little crisp.
  • Serve and enjoy with favorite toppings!
