1 drained can of corn
1 can drained and rinsed black beans
8 oz cubed Velveeta
1 can Rotel
2 chicken breasts
- Pre heat oven to 375℉
- Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally, lay into casserole dish
- Pour the remaining ingredients evenly over the top of the chicken.
- Bake covered for 50 – 55 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Can remove foil last 5 minutes for a little crisp.
- Serve and enjoy with favorite toppings!
